1. Open Configuration

From the Navigation Menu, click Maintenance, then click Group Session Config

  1. Click New

  1. Add Details

Complete the fields to indicate the duration of the group, and who will be facilitating.

Be sure to choose the event type

  1. Schedule Session

Use the scheduler to select the frequency and how often the session is to recur.

  1. Save

Click Save.

  1. Add Students

Click Manage Students.

  1. Search and Save

Use the filter fields and click Search for a list of Available Students.

Use the arrow buttons to move students to Selected Students.

Click Save.

Click Close to return to the main configuration screen.

  1. Configure Student Templates

Select the event template for each student.

Click Save.

The group session appears on the Dashboard in the My Group Therapy / Session Section.
