How do I document PRN medication from an event?

1. Click Medications tab

Click the Medications tab in the event.

1. Select Medication.

Any Medications documented for today appear at the top.

Select the PRN Medication to document from the Medication field.

1. Enter the Details

Complete the fields to detail this administration

Click Save Medication.

1. Return to Event Detail

Return to the Detail tab to finish the main event documentation.

PRN medication is administered.
